DESCRIPTION:
Distribution and wholesale of organic untreated cocoa nibs , 100% natural, without preservatives. LEAO Cocoa Nibs Laboratorio São Tomé e Pincipe, obtained from a selection of roasted cocoa beans, produced in small plantations where all operations are carried out manually. The limited yields of the crops thanks to an accurate processing allow to obtain a niche product. Nibs are the heart and soul of every cocoa bean. After roasting them, all the shells are removed to obtain an extremely pure and tasty ingredient. The cocoa nibs thanks to the intense roasted cocoa flavor and crunchy texture, are an excellent ingredient to give texture to desserts or tasty dishes. By spreading them on fresh dipped or coated chocolates, it is possible to add a particularly intense cocoa aroma. The Nibs can also be baked in rolls, biscuits or cakes or sprinkled on desserts, ice cream and drinks served instantly, for a tasty and crunchy touch.
